Okay, so the list now has a web site at <http://bcv.booyaka.com/>.
It's based on a wiki, so those of you who are interested can add resources
to the pages by clicking on the "edit" link at the bottom of each page.
Please feel free to add your favorite links, other information, whatever.
The interface and page design is clunky, but hopefully it will be at least
usable.
