This PDF version and Christian's original Microsoft Word version are now 
on-line at

Also, if anyone has any other flyers or other documents they'd like to
upload to the website, please do feel free to send them to me, and I'll
make sure they get posted.  I'll also look into possibly working out some
way to enable file uploading to the website, perhaps restricted to people
who are subscribed to the bcv list.
