Apparently, in increasing numbers, Members of Congress from both parties are
telling Rush that the topic that comes up most in their Town Hall meetings
with constituents these days -- second only to the Iraq conflict -- is HR
2239, electronic voting and voter verified paper trails.  The Republican
Members tell him that, and the Democratic Members tell him that and then say
"sign me up as a cosponsor" . . .
