YES! Let's show up at next Tuesday's city council meeting and give our
3 minutes each of "citizen participation" on mail and computer voting!

You can sign up as early as 5PM for cit. par. which starts at 6PM.
Only 45 minutes are alloted for this, so only the first 15 who sign up
are assured of speaking. SW corner of Broadway and Canyon in Boulder
