Re: overweight ballots

Thank you for clarifying this other method for ballots to weigh over one
ounce !!

I referred to this other method,  photocopy of an i.d., in my note this
morning.  I did not know the actual facts of why another sheet of paper
needed to be enclosed in the ballot...
