RE: Boulder County Commissioners: 12/4 10:30am
Those that want to make a case for hand counting, and there seem to be a
few, need to address the state (SoS) and the legislature. This is not
something that the commissioners can decide upon.

Joe, I'd like to make the case for hand-counting as a temporary
measure (politicians like to put off the hard decisions, and this is
one case where it makes sense).
