Re: commissioners presentation this thurs
Selecting a BCV speaker to succinctly deliver our
message, combined with a big turnout, could go like
this: Speaker starts by saying who he's representing,
and asks for a show of hands of everyone who he is
there representing. Big show of hands raises. He
proceeds to deliver the payload, and it's clear that
the bulk of the attendees are there in agreement with
the message. Non-BCV attendees could even be
identified and primed prior to the meeting getting
under way, so that if they're in agreement, they'll
feel free to raise their hands when the BCVers do.
Most succinct, efficient and powerful approach I can
imagine.
