Commissioners Meeting Protocol

Greetings Everyone!

Thanks for all the efforts to get people to attend tomorrow's 
Commissioners meeting at which Citizens for Verifiable Voting is 
presenting.

I met with the County Commissioners staff earlier today in preparation, 
and they asked me to remind everyone in our group that our presentation 
will NOT be an open forum, that is, there is not a chance for open 
public participation and questions.

I confirmed that we will -- by show of hands -- be able to clarify who 
present is in support of our group. But otherwise, there's the 
presentation and hopefully questions from the Commissioners, but that's 
it.

They indicated that they have received many e-mails about this topic 
and they hope that we will be able to present this issue effectively 
within our time limit to help the Commissioners determine if a full 
Public Hearing should be scheduled on this issue.
