While this is an interesting article, it is now dated. Less than a month 
old, and people want to force Kevin Shelley's hand. Who are these people 
that want DRE's in place, claiming that the disabled are being 
disenfranchised? The DRE vendors, that's who. Hey, they are citizens too.

While we are all out looking around for powder for our guns, it is 
important to note that things are happening so fast that often 'news' 
stories are actually 'old' stories. One state may make some sort of 
decry, and by the end of the week they are retracting it or being sued.
So pay attention to publication dates and look for follow-ups.
