Both the Neal McClure and Drew Durham communications fail to note a
significant difference between receipts/audit-trails and paper ballots.  

Colorado's mandatory recount of a race is triggered by a one half percent
difference in total votes for the top two vote getters in the race.  

If digital ballots with receipts/audit-trails were to be used, the recount
would be triggered by the digital ballot count, NOT the receipt/audit-trail
count.  

The receipt/audit-trail documents would not come into play unless the
digital ballot count "permitted" them to be brought into play.

Any error/fraud would simply not be detected.  This is not satisfactory.
