hb 1296 stuff: thanks!

Just wanted to send a quick thank you to all the folks (Al, Evan, 
Margit, Joe, ...) who took the time this week to dig into the HB 1296 
issues, meet with Rep. Madden, and bring the rest of us up to speed 
on this.  I'm sure I'm not the only one who was a bit confused on the 
specific issues with this bill, and appreciated having it laid out in 
front of me.  Thank you.

In addition, thank you very much Joe, Al, and Evan for taking the time 
to testify tomorrow.  We're very fortunate to have you representing us.
