interesting fact

Dear Joe et al:

     I just heard that in the recent (electronic) vote in
Orange County that over 100% of the electorate voted and
that 17% were recorded as having voted in the wrong precinct.
My source for this is the distinguished lecture given
by Prof. Branan of Univ. if Wisc. yesterday.  I have the email
address where I can confirm (or not) that we are talking about
Orange County Calif, not Florida, which is serving for our
enlightened model here in Boulder.
