There were maybe 5 or 6 precincts caucusing at our location, Kullerstrand
elementary school; everyone said turnout was dramatically increased from
past years. With regards to the Trustworthy Elections Resolution, I handed
out copies to every table before we started, and then I got up and spoke of
the "test-tube voting" analogy, and also how the code inside a voting
machine is as inscrutable as the plumbing of a refinery, and most are based
on Windows -- how solid is that? -- how hacker-proof is that? -- and as far
as I can tell, every table passed it as their #1 resolution.
I'll be going to County as a Kucinich delegate, where I can speak for it
again.

I am asking if anyone had any success in introducing the Trustworthy
Elections Resolution at your caucus meeting last night. (Thank you, Al
Kolwicz, for your hard work to make this happen).
Could you please reply to me with any comments or talking points, so we
might collect these stories and report upon them in our next weekly
newsletter for Coloradoans for Voting Integrity?
In Arvada I was able to address 30 Democratic precincts meeting in one
location and made copies available to all precincts for voting on this
resolution, which passed out of the majority of precincts. I have been
invited by the head of the Jefferson County Platform Committee to attend
their meeting this Thursday evening in Lakewood to present some background
information on this resolution so they may consider adding it to the
county's party platform document, for presentation at the county assembly
May 1st, and, upon adoption, to carry it to the state convention in Pueblo
next month.
I welcome any assistance in presenting this Thursday evening to the
Jefferson County Democratic Party Platform Committee, at 6:30 p.m. at the
party headquarters.
Bob McGrath, Director
Coloradoans for Voting Integrity
