You've noticed the yard signs happening earlier this year.
You've seen more news coverage happening much earlier this year.
There's no missing it -- it's an ELECTION YEAR.
So you figure you'll be voting on election day, November 2nd, 2004, or maybe
you'll pick up an absentee ballot and mail it in. Or maybe you'll take
advantage of early ballots at a convenient location in your county.
But will your vote count this year?
Come hear, learn, and PARTICIPATE in a highly interactive, free training
workshop TOMORROW, April 17th at Arvada United Methodist Church, at 6750
Carr Street (just west of the Arvada Center on 68th & Wadsworth Blvd.). We
have entertaining and alarming videos, speakers, and panelists, role playing
and more. Get ready for a lively start to your weekend and to this topic.
You will learn about the risks involved with using electronic voting
machines (touch screens), and what groups like Coloradoans for Voting
Integrity (CFVI) and others are recommending we do to ensure that every vote
is captured and counted accurately in this critical election year.

Arvada Peace & Social Justice Commissions.
