Truth vs. Colorado Secretary of State (voter verifiable not certified?)

I believe Colorado Secretary of State is on the verge of bunk when she
states in her April 29 letter to state senators,

"[T]here has not been a single voter verifiable paper ballot voting
system certified at the national or state level for use in federal or state
elections in the entire United States or its protectorates."

If you know otherwise, I would urge you to reply promptly to me, with CC: to
the president of our Colorado senate, john.andrews.senate@xxxxxxxxxxx; I
would hate for the senate to base its votes on unresearched assertions of
our secretary of state.

Best hopes,
