That could be difficult to ascertain as BC had an activist group being a
watchdog. I believe that it was Neal that discovered the issue with the GEMS
software. I find it pretty unlikely that other counties would have recorded
such information, or had activist poll watchers sticking their noses in this
close.
Without expending a lot of energy to look elsewhere in the state, I believe
that it is good enough that we've discovered this issue here. If we make
enough noise about it then those that were paying close attention elsewhere
in CO should rise to the surface.

It would be interesting to find out if there were any other Colorado
counties that used uncertified software in recent elections. According to
Electionline.org, most Colorado counties are using some form of
computerized tabulation. So, similar to the California situation, the
problem could extend far beyond Boulder County...
