Afghanistan and Iraq to use E-Voting

Harris was on Coast to Coast radio last night, I
caught about 3/4 of it. 

When asked about other countries who are trying
e-voting, she mentioned Ireland, which we saw today
smartly cancelled that trainwreck, and... Afghanistan
and Iraq are expected to use them ! ! ! !

Quoting GWB from today's press conference with
Canadian PM Martin, 

"...You know there's alot of people in the world who
don't believe that, uh, uh, that people whose skin
color may not be the same as ours, can be free, can
self-govern. I reject that. I reject that shtrongly. I
believe that, uh, people who practice the Muslim faith
can self govern. I believe that people whose skins
aren't necessarily, are you know, a different color
than white can self govern. And uh, uh, the Prime
Minister, uh, I don't want to put words in his mouth
but the, I think he shares that sense of optimism and
possibility."

So, just as sure as GWB says, those non-whites *CAN*
govern themselves. But they're inexperienced, and like
a 7-year old learning to ride a bike with training
wheels, Diebold will be there on either side at all
times, keeping them from falling out of line. Wait,
that's our situation in the US this year too, come to
think of it!
