Paul,

 

I'm glad you're interested in pursuing this.  I don't think legal action against Diebold, Co. Sec. of State, County Clerk, etc. would be merely a political circus.  Diebold could lose a lot of money, elected officials could well lose re-election, and others could lose their jobs.

 

All involved and the general public would learn that there are consequences to violating major election laws and that there are many citizens fighting mad about this growing crisis.
