Re: Possible Denver Post Ad

Not to worry guys, I'm just going to get some pricing. It's not like I'm off
on some crazed election fraud stopping jihad. And I've had enough of my
ideas get poopoo'ed over the course of my lifetime to not get my feathers
ruffled over it. I have no reservations about putting forth an idea and
having it shot down. Ego should be thrown out the window when trying to
solve a problem.

That said, I do have another idea that I would like to bounce around which
comes
way out of left field - just like me, by the way. What if, and this is a BIG
what if............we somehow convinced Donnetta to let us (CFVI), various
election officials, the machine makers, and so forth choose a few random
precincts on election day (sometime between 7 am. and 7 pm.??) to cast on a
DRE a certain amount of votes (say 100 votes), witnessed and hand tallied by
all the aforementioned stakeholders which would be later discounted from the
final tally after a comparison is made. The first question that comes to
mind: Is there sequential labeling information as to when a vote is cast on
the machine. If there is, then it would be easy to discount our "real time"
test votes from the final tally and perhaps a conclusion could be made from
this exercise.

See, I told you it was an extreme idea, but I figured since I had your
attention........I do realize that we still need a voter verified paper
audit trail but if this test was done at a completely random time, at a half
dozen locations, we might be able to prove malfeasance.
