One other point of clarification. One of the precepts of libertarianism is
individual liberty. Unless I sign my missives as being representative of my
party, I am speaking for myself. That is what I am doing and have been
doing.

Let me be clear that I was misinformed and now stand corrected: in that
there is a barcode that does track the ballot itself with these new ballots.
