If you're talking about provisional ballots voted at the wrong polling
place, 

	WELL DUH!

It's just like a real ballot in a real election, folks; in fact, it IS are
REAL BALLOT in a REAL ELECTION, and you have to go to your proper polling
location, where they should have the proper ballot style for you.

I am disappointed by this pathetic rumormongering.
