Bloomberg: Trouble in Volusia, FL (again)

From Bloomberg (11/2/04):

The article mostly emphasizes what appears to be vastly increased turnout (and observation) and few reported problems, but I noticed this line:

"Volusia County, Florida, had a problem with the memory card in one of the machines that counts how many votes are cast, said Deanie Lowe, county supervisor of elections. Lowe said the ballots counted by the machine are being recounted."

If I recall correctly, Volusia is the County that was discovered in leaked corporate e-mails to have had -16,000 (minus sixteen thousand) votes for Gore in 2000, the county clerk sent an e-mail to the vendor asking for help explaining the error because they were being audited.
