According to the SoS list compiled in September of 03 the
following counties were doing hand counts: Cheyenne; Crowley; Dolores; Jackson; Kiowa; Lincoln; and
San Juan. No clues right now about how many ballots these counties tally. [|>] ----- Again, does anyone have
any knowledge of other jurisdictions that hand count 150,000+ ballots (on
