Re: County initiative IS far easier than recall

God, I'm good.
I have on my answering machine a message from County Atty Leslie Lacey. She
_did_ tell Evan that there can be a county-wide initiative. The message she
left me was that she was in error. There is _no_ authority for an
initiative.
If you want to listen to the message, call me and I'll play it for you. It
will be on my machine for a few days.
Boy, had Evan been right then I would have withdrawn from politics since
Alzheimer's would have set in.
