Thank you Joe. That would be applicable. In the same vein, at least two
local papers printed my letter about getting the whiners to come and whine
in the right place and at the right time. Hope it makes a difference. We
need to hear more.

I wasn't thinking so much of the participation at the meeting being
about the City election, I just meant that people who have (or have
had) an opinion about the County's election system might be reminded to
turn out, since this is the appointed time to speak up. The people who
signed the hand counting petition seem like exactly those kinds of
folks.
