Public Hearing and Comments

I just posted the minutes (draft) of the last ERC session, which was in
large part a public hearing.

I suggest that people hear read these comments. Almost all of them were made
by elections judges.

What did seem odd to me is that after the public hearing agenda item was
closed, everyone left. Everyone but the committee. We continued to discuss
and debate for about 40 minutes. Without public witness and without the
press. There was some real meat and gravy in that time, and the attendees
missed it because they left early. Nice.
