ERC Preliminary Reports

Greetings CVV Members (et al),

I've managed to publish some of the work that the committee has been doing
in the work of the reports that we will submit. There is a new section of
the ERC menu on CVV called *ERC Reports - Draft work & final committee

In particular, I believe that many activists will take an interest in the
*Preliminary April 8th (DRAFT)* found at
http://coloradovoter.net/moin.cgi/Preliminary_20April_208th
This shows some of the recommendations and those options considered, but not
recommended.
