Despite your wild imagination - the clerk must follow the law.

The ERC has no ability to get people to buy into any technology - especially
that which has not been certified.

If you have an invention that you want used in elections, then you have to
follow the procedure to get it certified. So many companies have done this
successfully. The 03 committee interviewed 9 companies that did so. Two were
Colorado companies and new to the biz.

Whining about your inabilities to work within the law doesn't faze me one
bit. Follow the law or get ignored.
