Friends, The Help America Vote Act of 2002 act establishes the
Election Assistance Commission and some sub committees. One of these
committees is the Technical Guidelines Development Committee which has requested
public comments on their Voluntary Voting System Guidelines. You can see
the guidelines at: http://guidelines.kennesaw.edu/vvsg/guide_toc.asp
The two volume document is not useable, and will cost the
nation much time and money. The document should be totally replaced. We have submitted our comments to the guidelines, and have
