Note that PEOPLE will pre-process the ballots to deal with the new 
folding problem.

PEOPLE can easily deal with all kinds of irregularities in elections 
that machines can't.

When we can all agree on hand-counting (which I've been promoting for 
almost 2 years here now) then we'll have a chance of getting fair 
elections.

As long as some of us hold out for some electronic  solution which 
average people can't understand, governments will continue to give us 
the most expensive, secret, systems.
