Friends, Please remind folks that it is imperative that we each immediately
write/call the Secretary of State regarding Rule-45, scheduled for hearing

x-6307.) It is imperative that the
Secretary of State (1) withdraw this rule-45, (2) cancel the October 31st
hearing, and (3) withdraw Emergency Rule-45. All three of these steps are
required to stop the implementation of this inept certification procedure and
the purchase of untrustworthy equipment. We have described specific actions
that we would like to see taken, in our letters to the Colorado Secretary of

October 31, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in the Secretary of State’s conference
