Folks,

Yesterday the Denver Post had a brief Democracy's Price (pg 3c)showing:


Mail ballots averaged 4.97 per voter

"Polling Place" voting averaged $4.68/voter

Gilpin County spent $18.31@ !!

Douglas spent $1.90@

Denver spent $3.81@

In an old post of mine I cited $1.81@ for hand-counting in Canada. Ican't find the reference now.
