secret ballots for Boulder County

Dear Mr. Gardner,

I am joining Dean Schooler and others in Boulder County to request that 
you and the Secretary of State require Boulder County to provide 
anonymous ballots that make it impossible to associate a voter and 
his/her vote once the ballot is cast. Detachable stubs would allow 
election judges to keep track of the ballots they are responsible for 
while providing for voting anonymity. The dollar cost is small compared 
to the value of the secrecy of our votes.
