> The Elections Division of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder will
conduct a public Logic and Accuracy Test of voting and ballot counting
equipment for the 2006 Primary Election at the ballot counting center of the
Clerk & Recorder> '> s office at 9 a.m. on Monday, July 17, 2006. The
Testing Board shall consist of eight (8) members; four (4) representatives
from the Boulder County Democratic Party, and four (4) representatives from
the Boulder County Republican Party. One of these members shall also

public test shall be open to representatives of the political parties, the
