TO: Secretary of State Candidates Mike Coffman and Ken Gordon:

The attached call for action is a plea that you, cooperatively or individually, appoint a person or persons to begin work immediately on a plan to comply with Judge Manzanares’ orders regarding voting equipment standards and certification.

One of you will be our next Secretary of State. If you wait until the election results are decided, to begin development of the compliance plan, it is highly unlikely that the 2008 elections will be improved. There just won’t be enough time.

Please let us know what we can to do assist.
