HR 6200 Kuchinich bill for hand-counted paper ballots

Thanks to Margit for the good news about Kucinich's bill for hand 
counted paper ballots. Here's the info we need to support it:

Just 4 days after its introduction it has 19 co-sponsors, NONE from 
Colorado. Several from FL, OH and CA.
