Party has filed a complaint with the Colorado Secretary of State alleging three
county elections officials failed to publicly test election equipment before
voting started this fall. The complaint also claims
the officials have been operating in secret and withholding elections materials
from the county’s vote Canvass Board, which is responsible for auditing
elections and reporting to the Secretary of State. “This
election may have been indelibly contaminated by this failure to comply with
these election statutes,” the complaint states. Josh

claims the county violated state elections code because it: Didn’t
conduct a public test of its
voting equipment before early and absentee voting began. Isn’t
