Re: Indypendent coverage of E-voting (fwd)
Hello Erin,
A topic of old-fashioned, independent investigative journalism I would like to see pursued,
within the incredibly uncovered stories of each criminally bribed US Congressmen (twenty or more?)
under the Abramoff-DeLay money-laundering racketeering, is the crooked scheme of minimally-indicted
Bob Ney (R-Ohio) to bring fixed electronic voting machines into US elections.
With laundered $1.2M Diebold payoffs, he deluded the lobbies of the organizations of the disabled, and
engineered an uninformed HAVA law to guarantee a legacy of corrupt elections and GOP fanatic proto-fascists
that will require decades to clean out of the barn. See for one source of many:

Be the next Woodward&Bernstein - good luck staying alive,
Lou
