I'd like to testify at the hearing mentioned, below.

I'm a founding member of a group in Boulder called the Paper Tigers.  We
have been active in promoting good voting practices.

May I testify on changes in the law that I/we would like to see?  How many
minutes are you making available to speakers?

I believe that a Ms. Mary Eberle wold also like to speak.
