Radio program on how EAC taking control of our election process
The XYZs of the EAC: How a Small Presidentially Appointed Agency is
Taking de facto Control of Our Elections Process

*?Elections belong to the people.? Abraham Lincoln*
A little-known presidentially appointed executive agency seems to have
been given extensive regulatory powers which will significantly impact
US elections yet the group is subject to questionable oversight,
control, accountability and authority.
Tonight on Voice of the Voters special guest and noted author, *Nancy
Tobi*, of Democracy for New Hampshire, will help us explore key
questions relating to the operation and goals of the EAC and its
potential impact on the security and reliability of our elections and on
our Democracy itself. How can even seemingly innocent machine
certification methods lead to control of elections and the
disenfranchising of voters?
Find out:
What is the EAC? How was it created and by whom?
What is the EAC?s mandate?
How are EAC members chosen? Who are past and current members?
Find Out:
What is the extent of the EAC?s power? How does its decisions
specifically impact our elections?
What oversight is the EAC subject to?
Has the EAC shifted the balance of power in our government, in our
elections and in our Democracy? If so, how?
The vote is our most fundamental right. Does the operation of the EAC
marginalize the voice of the American citizen and threaten the balance
of power in our government?
When and how will the American citizen be put back into the elections
process?
*?Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that
matter.? Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.*
