"The Ohio voting systems study Final Report has been published. It is quite lengthy.

SOS Brunner has no confidence in DREs and recommends statewide transition to optical scanning. She also uses the occasion to make significant reform recommendations about many other election administration issues that affect Ohio as well as other States.
