Unsubscriptions from the CVV lists

Hi everyone,

One of the list members recently reported that he had some trouble 
unsubscribing from the list.  Just wanted to say that if you'd like to 
unsubscribe from the list, and are having trouble doing so, that if you 
E-mail me directly, I'll take care of it.

On a related note, perhaps it is time to shut down the CVV lists?  CFVI is 
active and it probably makes sense for people to join their lists instead.
Does anyone have any comments or objections concerning this?
