I am grateful for Neal's encouraging news about auditing progress and I appreciate the link to Dr Stark's talk. Any progress towards open source tabulation software would indeed be a startling paradigm shift away from the present secret, unexamined proprietary software that we are presently asked to tolerate!
Meanwhile, my questions and doubts about DRE vulnerability remain, as well as my earlier unanswered concerns about the insecure online PDF files provided for overseas voting.
