Great news and another poll to vote in

Dear Friends of Election Integrity,

Breaking news: The State Supreme Court just rejected Aspen's Petition for Rehearing. So Marilyn Marks has won, finally and fairly, and will get to see the 2009 ballots under the Colorado Open Records Law (CORA). She will also get her attorney's fees, though there will be further hassle on the amount and thus there will be further delays. Our motto for the day is "Show us the ballots and pay up! Elections belong to the people!"

Just for the record, please go to http://www.aspentimes.com/ and vote "NO" on the following poll (badly worded question, I know):

Should the city of Aspen pursue every avenue in the court battle over release of ballot images to Marilyn Marks?
No

64.29%
(27)
Yes

26.19%
(11)
I don't know

Thanks,
Mary
