Meeting: Evening of October 30th, Boulder Main Library

I have reserved the conference room at the Boulder Public Library 
downtown for next Thursday October 30th from 6 to 9pm.

We need to do a couple things, the next few items are suggestions, 
please feel free to make additions and changes:

	Determine an agenda for the meeting, prepare materials
		
		Agenda should include overview of the situation (local + HAVA), the 
county's RFP/process/the vendors, citizen issues with current process 
(paper trail accountability requirements). Handouts presumably include


	Publicize the meeting ASAP
		press release to papers, announcement on KGNU, flyers around town, 
handouts at Dean rally, invite journalists



	8Days a Week (8days.com) will donate some copying services for this, 
so would someone like to prepare a master handout and/or a nice flyer?

	Does anyone on our list have a good e-mail list of the local papers?


Would anyone like to meet for coffee later today or sometime tomorrow 
to begin preparing?
