RE: overweight ballots



Now that voter registration may be done by mail and on the web, and photo i.d.
is required, folks who register that way, not in person, are required to
include photocopy of i.d. when they return the completed ballot. 
 
This time that put the weight over one ounce, as the envelope containing ballot
alone, at least for voters in the city of Boulder, was about an ounce.
