RE: local news clipping
The Coloradoans for Voting Integrity hope to create an on-line repository of
articles, indexed by subject matter, on its website. We would greatly
appreciate support in this endeavor, as one person (Monty) is currently
doing this to get our site up. We also invite and welcome ideas for links
and articles to add as content on our site, as well as suggestions for
making it more user-friendly. (www.countthevotecolorado.org)

Subject: local news clipping
To all,
When you post news stories, especially local ones, to this list, it is far
more valuable to post the entire story in plain text than link to it.
Newspapers (especially local ones) are infamous for removing articles, or
moving them somewhere into an archive after a short time.
If you reference by link, in a few days it is likely that no one will be
able to find them. Since we are archiving this list now to the web, new (and
old) members can look back at the history of what's been happening. If the
stories are too hard to find, then people won't bother.
Generally, I am personally interested in our group archiving stories about
our county and state.
