The CVV website has two similar sections on our website at the following

This last page will probably develop into a full-fledged bibliography.  
CFVI, you may be interested in "seeding" your pages with some of these 
links. 

Also, since the above two pages are editable by anyone, I would encourage
anyone who wishes to contribute to go ahead and add appropriate links to
these pages.
