Thanks for getting back to me so promptly.
I will have to get back to you with specific requirements and scoping, but you can presume that we are interested in knowing the maximum amount of disclosure you are willing to offer voluntarily without specific prompting from us, and we certainly want to know if you are willing (or under what terms you are willing) to disclosure the full source of all of your systems that would be used in Boulder County.
Also, while we're chatting, does HartIntercivic currently, or plan to, offer what we have been referring to as a "Vote Marking Machine" (similar to the device offered by Vogue Election Systems) that would use your human-computer interface tablet but produce a full-text paper ballot? Can you tell me if and how your optical scanning system would work with paper ballots produced by another vendor's system?
Thanks!
Joe

Joe,
Hart InterCivic would be pleased to support a review by Boulder County
citizen. Before I can respond with a disclosure statement, I need a more
complete description of the scope of the proposed review, what the expected
support requirements would be for our company and whether you are interested
in a source code review. Thanks for your interest.
Neil

Neil-
Would you please send our group a statement regarding HartIntercivic's
willingness (or the extent of your willingness) to disclose your
system(s) to Boulder County citizen review?
Thanks!
