updated version of ballot now overview available

Hi again folks --

My apologees about getting this out so late, but an updated 
version of the Ballot Now over is available at:

Its still very rough, and doesn't include anything from the information 
released this morning, and I've had to back off from earlier  
statements about the contents of the barcodes, contents of the Cast 
Vote Records, and which of the audit logs and reports go into 
the permanent record (previously "Secure Archive").  

There are also alot of, some simply requiring more digging on my part, 
some intended to spur discussion, and some requiring access to someone 
with alot of technical knowledge about the system(s).

Thanks to Al, Paul, and Neal for their feedback today.  I haven't yet 
incorporated all of your suggestions yet, but I will.

Hopefully this document will atleast serve as a common starting point 
for discussing the proposed system, figuring out what we think we know 
and what we don't know, and be of use to people trying to read the 
proposal, and the Compuware and InfoSENTRY assements.   

I don't know how many people will be attending (forgot to ask in 
time), so I'll bring like 30 copies with me.
